There will be a new and exciting format for Dynamo Centers of Excellence, starting in spring 2009. All activities are age appropriate and will challenge and motivate every player.
The COE is open to Boys and Girls 8 – 12 years of age.

There will be 22 total sessions throughout the year. Each month, there will be a COE game day at the Carl Lewis Track and Field Complex at the University of Houston, the training site of the Houston Dynamo first team. Each player will represent their Dynamo Center of Excellence in a number of games against other Dynamo COE’S & Dynamo Junior Academy players. This program will run throughout the year, the spring will be a combination of training sessions and game days, while the summer and fall will only have game days.

Game Days will be once a month for all sites starting April 26 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

In addition to the training sessions and the game days we have teamed up with Plex, which is internationally recognized as one of the leaders in overall human athletic performance. Within the length of the COE you will be offered seven sports performance sessions at Plex, which will accelerate each player’s development. The seven Plex sessions will be scheduled by each participant around his or her availability. Each participant will need to contact Plex to schedule his or her sessions. There are three Plex locations available: Stafford, Pearland and Willowbrook.
